Kleen Sweep LLC's Residential Demolition is the process of removing a part of or a whole residential home, old home or vacant property. This type of demolition can consist of an entire homes structure being removed. Other services are the demo of a shed, garage or out building. Usually our clients/customers want the entire home removed and the foundation removed and then backfilled. But in a case like a fire or storm damaged home, the foundation and or basement can usually be saved and insurance will pay to rebuild your home.  A majority of residential demolition is done because a house is no longer habitable, house fires, or storm damage.

In some cases, homes that are vacant and not suitable for living must be demolished to prevent costly citations from the City, State or other local officials. A majority of residential demolition is done using small excavators and skid steers with the use of dump trucks or roll off trucks for hauling of debris.
